The Delta Rae Online Store and the Behind The Door Secret Store sell merchandise, soft goods, art, apparel, music, media and other offerings to fans.

Behind The Door is a membership site for Delta Rae fans. Subscriptions are monthly or annual.
Subscribers have exclusive access to videos, merchandise, and other offerings.

Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

ONLINE STORE

If any apparel, goods or services purchased through the Delta Rae Online Store or the Behind The Door Secret Store are not to satisfaction or are delivered damaged, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please contact info@deltarae.com with any questions or to process a refund, return or exchange. We are not responsible for refunds and exchanges with any Sites not owned and operated by Never Die Records.

If any purchases are made in error please email us at info@deltarae.com immediately and we will do our best to correct the issue.

All “SALE” items purchased are considered final and refunds or exchanges are not available.

All “VIP Experience” purchases are considered final, but if the VIP Experience is cancelled or rescheduled by Delta Rae we will offer you a full refund and/or exchange to the new rescheduled date.

BEHIND THE DOOR SUBSCRIPTIONS

You may cancel your subscription for Behind The Door (behindthedoor.deltarae.com) for whatever reason and receive a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. Please contact info@deltarae.com if cancelling within 48 hours so that we can process your refund.

After 48 hours from purchase, you may cancel your subscription for Behind The Door at any time for any reason, but you will not be issued a refund. If you cancel your subscription after 48 hours, you will not be charged at the next billing cycle and your subscription will continue to grant you access to Behind The Door until it expires.

Delivery Policy

All items purchased through the Delta Rae Online Store or the Behind The Door Secret Store will be delivered based on the shipping preferences made at checkout.

Tracking Numbers and shipping updates will be emailed to you when your purchase is processed and items ship.

Electronic goods purchased such as VIP Experiences or Digital Downloads will be delivered via email at the email address provided by the Customer.

Subscriptions to Behind The Door will be delivered electronically via email and managed through partner site MemberSpace.
