Hey! I really want to listen to the live album but I have not received my email yet! I've signed up with four different email addresses, but no luck. Any idea when this will be resolved?

Started by:The other day, I downloaded the single and the live album from the site, the free downloads. I got the single opened for "Bottom Of The River" but could not get the live album zip to open. Kept telling me that it could not put it into archive. How am I supposed to get this download open so I can hear the live album? It has me perplexed! What do I do?
